Introduction:
Do you notice unusual warmth in your hands, chest or face? You may have the Reiki gift! Reiki is a powerful healing art. It is recognized as Complementary Alternative Medicine or CAM for the amelioration of suffering for people with cancer. With training, you will be able to alleviate pain in yourself or others with your hands. It is an ability that can be cultivated and strengthened as well.
This Reiki I class is the first step towards understanding your gift by learning the history of Reiki. You will also experience what it is and feels like as well. Robyn will present information about Reiki as well as introducing you to some of the symbols used by Reiki practitioners for clearing energy channels.
Learning Objectives:
• Introduction the history of Reiki
• Introduction to the theory and practice of Reiki
• Practicum: Interactive Experiential Reiki exercises
Course Schedule:
8:30 pm – Sign in, light morning snack & beverage
9:00 am – History of Reiki
10:00 am – Break
10:15 am – Theory & practice of Reiki
12:00 pm – Light meal & beverages provided
1:00 pm – Interactive Experience with Reiki
3:00 pm – Conclusion & additional Q&A
